Coffee grounds in cup, residue

So when you see grounds coming through, that's due to "brewer overfill" meaning that too many beans are being ground, and some of them are literally over filling, and being flung around where they don't belong!

To resolve this, you'll want to tap the drink in the app, then tap "customize drink" to pull up the sliders. Lower the coffee slider a bit, then test again. If you're still seeing grounds, then repeat until the problem is gone.

And just as some extra information - this won't even reduce the strength of the drink! We're aiming to lower it just to the point that no grounds go over the top, and those grounds are not being used to brew anyways so the strength will remain!

With marketplace beans, 99.99999% of them are perfectly calibrated by the roasters, but off market beans we of course don't know the full details like bean hardness or ideal grinding amounts, so it can take a bit of sciencing!

Once you find the ideal settings, you can save that for easy access - and even assign the saved recipe to one of the face buttons!
