You likely have a clogged spout - If you look closely at the spout (the one where your coffee comes out of), you'll see a cross shaped divider splitting it into four holes. Take a needle or paperclip, and poke each of those holes with it and give them a bit of a stirring motion. Then you will need to run clean shots from the app (same menu as cleaning!)

You can also try blowing into the spout with a straw! The goal here is to agitate the blockage repeatedly until the clean shots push out the grounds and run mostly clear! This can take several tries! The clump of grounds in your spout will need to be broken into smaller pieces and released from the sides so that the clean shots are able to push it out into the mug!

You will know the spout is totally clear when the clean shots do not add water to the residue bin! A healthy clean shot should run (roughly!) 1 oz to your cup, and 1 oz straight to the tray- none to the grinds bin!

If you are seeing this repeatedly, you may need to make some changes to your settings or brewing habits! More details HERE
