If you are unable to establish a connection between your machine and WiFi, here are a few pointers to help to resolve the issue:
- Are you connecting to a 2.4 Ghz network? 5 Ghz will not work. 
- Are you connecting to a CLOSED network (password required)? Your Spinn will not connect to an OPEN network. 
- Have you tried connecting to a hotspot? - If you happen to have a hotspot available, you can try connecting with that. If successful, then the issue is definitely on the router/wifi side of things and not the Spinn. 
- Make sure that your wireless router does not have firewalls active that could be blocking the Spinn from connecting. 
- Specifically, it's port 8883 that should not be blocked by the router. 
- Did the SSID / password change since you last connected? If so, reconnect to your machine using the App. 
- Is there sufficient signal strength coming from your router? To ensure the router is properly functioning, try moving your Spinn coffee maker closer to the router / access point.
