If you are unable to establish a connection between your machine and WiFi, here are a few pointers to help to resolve the issue:
Are you connecting to a 2.4 Ghz network? 5 Ghz will not work.
Are you connecting to a CLOSED network (password required)? Your Spinn will not connect to an OPEN network.
Have you tried connecting to a hotspot? - If you happen to have a hotspot available, you can try connecting with that. If successful, then the issue is definitely on the router/wifi side of things and not the Spinn.
Make sure that your wireless router does not have firewalls active that could be blocking the Spinn from connecting.
Specifically, it's port 8883 that should not be blocked by the router.
Did the SSID / password change since you last connected? If so, reconnect to your machine using the App.
Is there sufficient signal strength coming from your router? To ensure the router is properly functioning, try moving your Spinn coffee maker closer to the router / access point.
