Does your app show your machine is connected (top left hand corner)? If not, you can first try just unplugging the Spinn for 5 seconds and plugging back in.... close the app and then reopen.

If that does not resolve the issue, open the app, select the menu (upper right hand corner) and select forget device, then proceed to reconnect.
Additionally, we recommend you check the App store to see if there are updates available.
