If you are using a mesh router but having issues getting your Spinn Maker online, please disconnect the device from your home wifi and instead use your data connection (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).

If you are able to connect via the data connection, we know that the issue is not with the Spinn but with the settings within your mesh router.
Your device is likely set on the 5GHz band while your Spinn Maker is on the 2.4GHz band. Please proceed to adjust your mesh router settings to connect to the Spinn maker specifically to the 2.4GHz band in the mesh router.
