A lot of our customers are paying for their orders in the Spinn Marketplace with Apple Pay. It’s an easy and convenient way to pay! Unfortunately, we are getting a lot of deliveries sent to old addresses due to the settings within the customer’s Apple Pay App, which we of course do not have access to, or we would be happy to adjust it for you!
If you happen to use Apple Pay as your source of payment, can you help us out by looking at your settings in Apple Pay and confirming that your shipping address is up to date? This will be essential to making sure that your delivery ends up with you and not a previous address.
When placing an order for coffee beans, once our Roasters have shipped out your order, they are not able to redirect it - so having your current address up to date in the Apple Pay App as well as your Spinn App will prevent any orders being delivered to the incorrect address and ensure that you get your freshly roasted beans delivered promptly.
