Light to dark roasts are all great! But no green beans (under-roasted), peaberries or pre-ground coffee. Depending on the type of roast in your machine, you must adjust the recipe in your App. Make sure to have scanned your bag of coffee using the App so that your coffee maker automatically downloads the corresponding recipe.
